Organizer: PD Carnival is organized by Patna Diaries, under the management of Icon Unified Services (“Organizers”). Venue & Duration: Gandhi Maidan, Patna | 24 December 2025 – 1 January 2026. The Carnival includes multiple sub-events such as: Stall Exhibitions (Food Court, Lifestyle Zone, Artisan Market, etc.) Sponsorship Associations Battle of the Bands Fashion Show / Peagant Open Mic Performances Workshops, Social Drives & Live Shows
Stall sizes and prices are listed in the official Stall Sales Brochure. Stalls are allotted strictly on a first-come, first-served basis after receipt of booking form and payment. Payment Structure: 60 % advance at confirmation Remaining 40 % due one week before event Payments are accepted only via cheque / bank transfer in favor of Icon Unified Services. Booking is confirmed only upon receipt of full payment. Stall fees are non-refundable. Organizers reserve the right to relocate or modify stall placement for safety, crowd management, or zoning needs. Stallholders must adhere to operating hours, cleanliness standards, and waste management protocols. Use of loud music, unsafe equipment, or unauthorized electricity extension is prohibited. No subletting or resale of stalls is allowed. Food stalls must hold relevant FSSAI licenses and adhere to hygiene norms. The Organizers are not liable for loss or damage to goods, materials, or personal property. Stallholders are advised to maintain their own insurance coverage.
Sponsorships are offered as per categories mentioned in the official Sponsorship Proposal. All sponsorships are subject to acceptance by the Organizers. Fees are inclusive of all applicable taxes and are non-refundable. Sponsor logos, creatives, and advertisements must be submitted in required formats within specified timelines. Once artwork production begins, changes may incur an additional charge of ₹10,000 for re-design or re-printing. Sponsorship entitlements (branding, hoardings, digital mentions, etc.) will be delivered as per agreement, but placement or timing adjustments may be made at Organizer’s discretion for logistical reasons. Sponsorships are valid only for PD Carnival 2025 but may remain archived on the official website or social media pages indefinitely. Sponsorship slots are limited; payments received after category limits are filled will be refunded in full.
Entry Fee: ₹2,000 per band (non-refundable). Participation is open to all; limited slots available. The competition will include multiple rounds: Group Performances (Preliminary Round) Public Voting Round Final Performance Round on 31 December 2025.
Participants in Open Mic, Peagant, Workshops, or Social Drives must register officially and adhere to event-specific guidelines. Event slots are limited and confirmed only after payment (if applicable) and registration approval. All participants grant Patna Diaries the right to use event photos, videos, or materials for non-commercial promotional purposes.
Entry to PD Carnival is governed by valid tickets or passes where applicable. All visitors are subject to security checks at entry. Prohibited items include weapons, alcohol, drugs, inflammables, and items deemed unsafe. Children below 12 must be accompanied by an adult. The Organizers reserve the right to deny entry or remove any individual displaying disruptive behavior. Visitors consent to photography and videography for event coverage and promotion. Organizers are not responsible for loss of personal belongings. Event timing and performances may change due to weather, safety, or operational conditions without prior notice. In case of event cancellation due to unforeseen circumstances, refund policies (if any) will be announced officially.
All logos, content, graphics, and event materials are the exclusive property of Patna Diaries / Icon Unified Services. Unauthorized use, reproduction, or modification is prohibited.
All participants, sponsors, stallholders, and visitors attend and operate at their own risk. Organizers shall not be liable for injury, loss, theft, or damage arising from participation or attendance. By registering or entering, you agree to indemnify and hold harmless the Organizers and their partners from all claims, damages, or liabilities connected with your participation.
Any personal data collected during registration will be used solely for event communication and updates. Contact details will not be shared with third parties except for operational requirements of the Carnival. By registering or contacting us, you consent to receive event-related emails, SMS, or digital notifications.
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India, with Patna, Bihar having exclusive jurisdiction for any disputes.
